La famille Kuster vous propose ses foies gras et préparations maison originales ou traditionnelles de la cuisine Périgordine, élaborés sans additifs ni conservateurs chimiques, à partir d’oies et de canards gras de l’élevage.
Nos fabrications se déroulent dans des installations agréées aux normes CEE et contrôlées par les services de l’état (services vétérinaires et répression des fraudes).
Par rigueur et déontologie, voire philosophie, nous nous sommes imposés un cahier des charges respectueux de pratiques traditionnelles cohérentes, vous garantissant un produit sain et savoureux.
